It is necessary to focus on confirming the slurry concentration, solid particle size, particle hardness, and acidity/alkalinity. Coarse grained and angular materials, suitable for high chromium alloy overcurrent components; Fine particle slurry and rubber lining will have a longer service life. When calculating the head, in addition to the vertical lifting height, the pipeline resistance caused by pipeline bends and valves must be added. It is recommended to control the head margin at 5-10%. If the margin is too large, the equipment will deviate from the efficient working range for a long time, exacerbating sealing and bearing losses. At the same time, check the cavitation allowance to avoid damage to the impeller caused by cavitation. Reasonable selection can significantly reduce later operation and maintenance costs.
